Personal Care & Daily Living
Hands-on or stand-by assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, and other daily routines.
Home Support & Chore Services
Help with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, errands, and other approved household needs.
Wellness & Safety Visits
Scheduled check-ins focused on safety, reminders, observing changes, and reporting concerns to an approved contact.
Social & Companion Care
Conversation, hobbies, activities, shared routines, and community outings that encourage connection and well-being.
Transportation & Community Access
Transportation or escort support for planned appointments, errands, shopping, activities, and community participation.
Respite Care
Short-term support that gives unpaid family caregivers time to rest, work, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities.
Independence Coordination

Caregiver Search & Client Selection
LIFT can help recruit and identify potential caregivers based on your needs, schedule, location, and preferences. You—or your authorized representative—review the candidates, choose whom you want to hire, and make the final selection.
Onboarding & Ongoing Support
After your selected caregiver completes all applicable screening, onboarding, and program requirements, services can begin. LIFT provides administrative support, regular check-ins, and assistance as needs or circumstances change.
